Young Adults Day Program
Day programming in Simcoe County for Young Adults is very scarce, and can be expensive. In consultation with our members, it was determined that one of the best ways that the DSASC can support our "over 21" membership is to offer a day program tailored specifically to their needs. This program is also open to non-members with Down syndrome at a less subsidized rate. Members may register below, non-members please email
committee@dsasc.ca to determine availability and suitability. Thank you!
The day program is designed to offer continued development of independence skills and provide social opportunities. Activities will include physical activity, arts/crafts, music, outings, academics, games, meal prep, and more.

Important message for parents of participants:
In order to maintain a participant to staff ratio of 3:1, it is important that those attending the YADP are able to participate in a group environment, independently. This is a requirement to registration put in place to keep all attendees and staff, safe.
A big thank you to the May Court Club of Barrie for their ongoing support of our Young Adults Day Program!
